Hard knock life…
Everytime I walk in Dublin I can find these people with cups. Some of them are there regularly in the same spot. People probably know them by now 🙂
Sad but true!!!

nice,thought provoking pictures
I really like the framing of these shots, the way the walking people have been made anonymous to allow the focus to settle on the ‘people with cups’ – it’s a reversal of the way society tends to recognise the people.
I really like your comment and thank you for stepping by. Funny thing is that I had similar thought while I was taking these photos 🙂
sad and true 😦
You have caught beauty in the what is seemingly the un-beautiful. Your images show how people are either unaware of their surroundings or chose to ignore what should be the un-ignorable. Thanks for your insightful photographs, Sally
Well composed shots. Clever work showing people appearing to be walking by without a glance. A strong statement on the polarization of society.
disturbingly honest and beautiful photos.
Fantastic street photography
Excellent thought provoking shots……
Begging should not be necessary any place. But since it happens, more every year, it should be documented. I find it difficult myself, how to preserve the dignity of people.
